Im not even sure what the hell that is!? BUT IT LOOKS BAD @SS
Dude....I MUST HAVE WILL POWER. i was pretty close to pulling the trigger on an 02' 911 last month but I decided it would not be a wise move.
Part of me wants to do what you are doing and just go all out. FI the Z and a new play toy. But I just can't justify it. Honestly ZZTop your Z is a thing of beauty and with all that HP would most likely be all the sports car I would need for AT LEAST a couple years.

Yeah...now they're calling it the Vantage V8. I got a spot on the 2nd year list when someone dropped out.
Don't buy a 911 unless it's a turbo...the car is similar to a stock Z in that it's capable of handling much more power than the stock engine provides. I think you'd be very disappointed in the performance, especially after your ride in my Z!
I'm wasn't planning on selling the Z very soon, but PM me with your email if you really are interested.

Um....YES I would be interested! hmmmm
I think you should have more fun with your Z first! Plus its hard to pay someone what they truly deserve for all the work they put in.
What is the list price on the AMV8?

Too rich for my blood! but great choice my man I HAVE TO cap the next car at $60K
I would have to really hit a hot streak at work to justify more. But i never say never
Maybe I will pick up the 997 in a year or so if I can swing it for less than $60K

ZZTop, very tasteful of car choice there you have. I bet waiting for it must be no fun, but oh well, you have a TT Z to play with, it should keep you smiling for a while
Offtopic: I saw a MB SLR yesterday outside the golf course I played in Scottsdale, I was speechless..........

When I first saw the design of the Vantage V8, I knew I had to have it. I do mind waiting....but second year will probably be a better car....less bugs.

Also, any suggestions on the engine service light coming on with the APS install. Is this common?

I had the same numbers davewo got 360/340 that was with stillen TD exhuast and H/F cats my A/F 10/1.I put in test pipes and it made a big differance in response. My guess is I picked up 20hp just doing this.I haven't redynoed the car yet.But my wideband still bottoms out at 11/1 probably still in the low 10's.
I have to get it tuned.

Joe,
They are worth the drive. Their dyno and shop is kick @ss!
Its on an inertia dyno. I'll ask about the code. I'll definitely call. You're a bit far but sounds like it may be worth the drive.
