Forced Induction and the 5AT...
First, not to be an *******, but search.
Second to answer your questions, yes all kits works on 5AT. I would recommend Valve body upgrade, and possibly a tranny cooler, and a torque converter. These 3 things would get you there safely, and put more power to the wheels as well. (Also gives your shifting through gears in tiptronics ALOT faster.)
www.sgpracing.com to find all that i think.
But even without those upgrades, iam pretty sure you would do fine at stock boost.
It wouldnt matter for Turbo or Supercharger, just get what you like. I would prefer the Turbo just more funner

Turbonetics recently finished the R&D and install on the 5AT Z and so far it has held up ok. I think they plan to do a valve body upgrade soon. They have the flash set so it wont bounce off the rev limiter anymore like some of the other kits.

how about the aps or greddy TT kit on stock boost. I heard they blow up engines but i think is becouse people boost them up with out internals. If any body has info on an automatic z with any stock boost TT and working properly please reply thanks.
Hi does anybody know of any torque converters for the automatic z tranny or tranny upgrades when using Turbokits or superchargers
I would like to know if anybody can give me advise on what TT, single T, or supercharger would be best for my AT Z. Ive been doing alot of research on FI in AT Z's but ive heard that sometimes it wont take the boost and that some turbokits r not compatible. I just want somebody to set the record straight can i boost my AT z without worries and can i use any kit on the market thanks.
Do some research on what each kit contains (look in the Forced Induction section and look at the thread: Turbocharger FAQ and Supercharger FAQ).
Performance Motorsports makes a TQ converter, they have the fastest 350Z with a VQ35DE, so I trust them more than any other shop.

WOW! How many times can one person ask the same question is my question...lol!
Seriously though, I have the Stillen Stage II Supercharger for like 3 months now and NO problems with the tranny whatsoever... I just added the Stage III pully about 4 days ago so give me a month or two and i'll let you know if the added boost kills anything.... Let's hope not!
