Vortech Tuning in FL
Ive already posted a similar question before on here without much luck. I need to get my car tuned (g35 with vortech) and havent heard of good shops around here in FL (im in Vero Beach). I gave CPRacing a call and may make the 600mi journey to get it tuned as ive heard nothing but good things about them and want to get it done right the first time. Basically I just want a couple people to convince me that I'm taking the right course of action. Are there any other closer alternatives?
Thanks,
David

Personally I would find someone in your area . A good tuner that is willing to figure out the R4 if he has never seen it before . It really is a simple program to figure out . Split Second has a [ HOW TO ] that you can down load on thier site .
Man, I hate it when I see highly experianced mechanics say it takes them 12 hours to install this kind of stuff. I look at the parts and say to myself, "Gee look how few parts there are, I could stick those on in an hour or so."
Then those bastards bring me back to reality, damn you reality! <shakes fist at sky>
And damn you anti-fist shaking laws!

I'm in Vero too. I get my work done at Champion Motorsport.

Champion is 1 1/2 hour south, but worth the trip. The shop is amazing. They have a dyno, and do ecu tuning. I can't say enough about these guys. See Wilson.
You won't be dissapointed with their work. The Champion Porsche team won the 12 hours of sebring last year GTO class. This is no show car, tuner, poser shop. They build serious race cars. They built my Audi S4 and do my Z work as well.
