one is Supercharge, one is Turbo Charge.

I would pick Turbonetics due to the fact less maintaince later.

Turbonetics and APS both make turbo kits and neither make superchargers.

Maybe that guy got confused with another kit

Well not sure if someone else knows if this is the case, but the Turbonetics instructions say only 2003-2004 350Z Manual ONLY.

Yeah but I was reffering to the Turbonetics Instructions. I know MIAPLAYA has talked about 05's, G35's, and stuff being in the works... Did he mention AT too?

they probably just happend printed new instructions. I can't see how it would be any different other than the flash. As far as the automatic I believe they are still testing the AT kit.

Yeah, I remember it was talked about it was going to take them a little longer on the 05 because of breaking the ECU. I was not aware they did that already

Yes the 5AT kit is complete and should be shipping now. It has been installed on a 5AT car for months now. I talked to the owner last night at BOTI and he has had zero issues with the stock tranny. No upgrades.

The reflash is included with the cost of the kit. As for performance. That owner said that in manual mode there are no issues. Shifts strong. No rev limiter hits. In auto mode he said it worked very well too. He said he prefers manny mode and uses that most of the time so I couldn't get a good idea of how it does in full auto although he said he never had a issue with hitting the limiter.

Neither has been proven to be "better" with AT yet. Wait a few months for some AT guys to install them.

i would say APS for sure, much better design. the turbonetics turbo sits up high in the bay which would cause excessive heat to fill your engine bay, while the aps is down behind the engine effectivly doing nothing to the stock engine compartment temp, keep this in mind in the mid east. however you should deff try to get that vb upgrade... you can ship your whole shifter thing to stillen and they will do it for you, that is if you can live witout yoru car for 2 weeks... (middle ease ship times) APS has been running their ST on just a VB upgrade for about 8 months with no problems at all. anyway good luck with your decision, remember you get what you pay for.

Yep, with APS you get a bunch of extra junk you don't need to hit 375whp safely.

The kit should be shipping now or will be this week. Contact one of the vendors and they can get you an ETA. As for heat you can make the argument all you want. The only issue with that argument is that I managed to run my car pretty damn hard on the way to BOTI this weekend and did several full boost runs. All the while with my AC on full blast. Even with all this "extra heat" my water temp never went above 205 and my oil temp never went above 230. And this includes a 2+ hour road trip in 90 + and driving around cali speedway on and off boost in 103 weather.
