I have been doing a lot of research on this subject for FI on my personal car. I have found that the stillen one seem to be one of the best and most reliable, however that also translates to on paper, not producing as much power as some of the other kits out there. IMO the best kit would require a FI kit to be very reliable and produce good power gains. Stillen stage 2 and 3 does this with respectful gains. on paper its not as great as other kits, but once you drive one, you'll want one. It feels like the car should have come like that from the factory. It's a very nice kit overall.
Vortech is nice, but to get good power gains i see many people having to tune their cars/kits, which to me means the kit and car are only as good as the tuner.
HKS is another really nice and reliable kit out there. It doesn't require the hood and strut bar mods that the stillen require, which is nice. again, it is limited with it's power potential just as the stillen kit is.
ATI procharger, now this kit requires good tuning for the car to really perform and stay reliable. I wouldn't recomend this kit unless you know a good tuner that you totally trust.
if you are looking for a kit that is great out of the box, with no additional tuning needed, stillen or HKS are the kits for you.
I am still depating as to what FI kit, or turbo or supercharger i will go with on my car. But I have driven and been in stillen G35s, i like them. I also have been in twin turbo Zs, and like them too. it's really hard to say. everyone will find posatives and negatives with each kit.
