Default Does the APS ST conflict with Borla TD?

I currently have the Borla TD catback exhaust on and is interested in the APS ST. I thought i read somewhere on this forum that the single turbo system is not compatible with some catback exhausts. Is this gonna be a problem? thanks

The only exhausts you can use are exhausts that hook up to the back of the stock y-pipe.

Basically the APS ST has components that connect at the same point where your stock y-pipe would end. So any y-pipe will need to be removed. Most shops can fabricate something like this for you with no problem.

+1...if you are going to go APS then stick with APS exhaust. APS kits work best with all APS products.

oh ic, thanks guys, i was hoping that i would get to keep my $800 exhaust that i already have on there....not to mention i would have to get rid of my intake as well. What about the Turbonetic ST? can i fit my exhaust with that one? If not i guess i'll just go with the stillen s/c then, they let me keep both things and also emission legal.

same thing with the Turbonetics ST. No offense, but Stillen? EWWWW that hood and all that money for such little hp! Just sell you exhaust and intake and loose a couple of hundred dollars....that's what I would do, but it is your money.

If you want to go supercharge to vortech....same $$, more hp, and also carb approved. You can use your exhaust, but not the intake with the vortech.

With either APS ST or Tnetics ST you just need to modify your exhaust with reverse y-pipe as others mentioned. Instead of STillen SC, you can also go with Vortech SC, will work with your exhaust and your current stock hood, and plus its also carb legal.

Emissions??? What is that? lol...we don't have that in FL. We just renew our tags once a year in the Sunshine State.

Some hope their kit get carb eo# in future, some may decide to remove it, some may register out of state. Buy/steal a vortech carb eo# sticker from someone. Others probably just know the right people/connection.
