Being new to the Z im looking for some help.I was driving in 3rd gear slowly building revs and heard a pop right before shilft to 4th.I was about 1/2 throttle and was not beating on it at all.Lost alot of power but i was able to keep it running enough to get it home.Stalled in driveway and will not keep idle without some throttle.

Car will start but like i said will not keep running.It was dark when i got home so ill take a look tomorrow but i did not notice any abnormal smell or any fluid leaks.I have put about 500 miles on the APS st now and all has been ok till now.

check your bottom coupler on the intercooler and see if it blew off, mine did the same once but i dont remember it stalling, it did run bad tho.

 

ya sounds like a coupling came off

 

All couplings seem ok.Guess im calling the tow truck

 

Ok started it up this morning and it ran fine during warm up.Jacked it up and started looking for leaks nothing was visable.Dropped it and got in to move it out of the driveway and as soon as i gave it some gas it stalled.Started it up again and same thing.Hunted for about 30mins but i have a plane to catch so im towing it to AAM.
