SGP- Tuner for ATI Procharger
Just bought this kit. Wondering if anyone went to SGP to have it installed. I'd like to hear any comments on them period.
Also, how about LightSpeed? CarBoy?
Thanks!

They have been great to work with. If you are just having it installed on a stock motor, they can probably knock it out pretty quickly. THey take their time, but do a thorough job.
I'll be installing it at the dealer I work at and driving it 20min or so down the road [start/stop, no freeway] to SGP to look over, make sure all is installed correctly and then tune it. Procharger just seems to be one of the more "dangerous" FI kits out there, but I'm not going to get into that here. I just want to make sure SGP has done one of these before.
Thanks guys, please keep replying!

The ATI Procharger really isn't that hard to install. I doubt the dealership could screw it up. Its not like the Vortech in that there are NO oil lines. All of the oil is self contained. The piping is pretty much idiot proof, and the bracket will only mount one way (I think). The only complicated part is probably the actual mounting of the bracket to the front of the motor, as you have to remove an idler pully.
Try and find someone at SGP who will take the time to discuss the 'dangerous' side of the ATI. I stand by the ATI kit, and firmly believe it is NOT to blame for the damage its called. People are just not taking the steps necesarry to make it safe (aggressive tuning and what not).
Good luck and can't wait to see pics of it installed!
