Turbonetics Single Turbo Installed
this may sound like a dumb question...
Can you hear the turbo spooling better than say a Greddy or APS TT where the turbos are more under the car? Also... how's the power feel in the much higher rpm range closer to redline?

i have riden in an aps twin turbo'ed z, and a 2 different turbonetics z's. i really can't remember which one u can hear spooling up more than the other. i will say that the tq feels much harder to me in the aps twin turbo z than either of the turbonetics z, also the aps twin z i rode in was faster than 1 of the turbonetics z i rode in. i myself have a vortech sc and i have raced 1 of the turbonetic's z's and the aps twin, the aps twin had me by a few car lengths while the turbonetics and i were dead even, i also must say that the aps twin has many many more mods done to the car also, intake plenum, exhaust, and somewhat of a tune. (unichip reflashed) clutch/flywheel.
the turbonetics i raced was turbo only, nothing else done. i have sc with 3.12 pulley, headers, test pipes, and exhaust.
best bang for buck would have to be hands down turbonetics single turbo. but if i were to get rid of the vortech for the turbonetics or aps system i would be 100% sure to get rid of the unichip that aps comes with and get the greddy emanage ultimate. i just can't see myself haveing to ship off my ecu(turbonetics) / unichip (aps) if the car's a/f ratio is off.

Damn u beat me to it. But like he said, there is only 1 or 2 places in the us that can tune a uni-chip , same for ecu reflash, many shops can tune a greddy e manage. hell, anyone can that has a laptop,

I have my dads truck to drive until its all done. LOL@ renting a neon. I would much rather ride my bike 15miles. Well what if I send it out on a friday? When could I expect it back? I have to install the st kit, jwt clutch and fly combo and a borla exhaust so I have a good 4 days ahead of me. Hope it all works out. I cannot wait to drive the beast.
