John is a great guy he is a local detroiter!!! His pulley is one of the best out there for the Z, every owner that has used it has been more than pleased. And to answer your question I am using the UR pulley kit and have had no problems with cooling or anything of that matter.

You also have a nice big Koyo radiator Im going to try to run the stock radiator (only for a little while) and the UR crank pulley, Ill let you guys know how it does. But IIRC Laww runs a stock radiator and pullies and he drags his car with no issues....

Lol after i saw the size of the stock radiator... I had to change lol was to scared of the car over heating with that small radiator. I often drive my car really hard so just wanted to be safe. THe only thing i had to trim was the samco radiator hose was to long.

Also, I'm just using the UR crank pulley not the rest of the underdrive pullies.

I didn't think the Koyo radiator even fit with the TN kit?

Make sure you pick up a pulley puller or a Steering wheel jaw. They will save you sooo much hassle.. and possible save you some damage.

Ive done 2 crank pulley installs on Z's now, no issues getting the crank pulley off just wiggling back and forth and side to side, never used a pry bar. Also to get it off easy, I put the breaker bar and a pipe over the bar on the bolt holding the cp on, then set it at the 5 o'clock position on the ground and turn the motor a few times. Works like a charm...

Well...I promised I'd let you know how difficult the install is with the turbo kit in. It isnt that it was hard, but it was a pain in the @$$ because you have to dismantle alot to get to the bolts you need to work with. You will need to pull of your stock strut bar, the turbo pipe from the MAF housing to the lower piping. You will also need to loosen/remove the pipe that connects the pipe above to the intercooler return pipe. once those things are out of the way, it wasnt difficult at all. The pulley is on veerrrry tight, so dont kill yourself on it, just use the method of braceing a pipe or bar against your ratchet, and let the starter do the work for you. Then you get the fun of putting your turbo piping and fittings back .

Expect to spend 4-5 hrs installing it (tools out to tools up). Most of the time is spent uninstalling/installing the turbo pipes.
