I dont know you but by judging what you said you most likly have not own a turbo car before. I have own 2 F.I cars both gsr integras one with 343hp on a turbo kit and the other 223 with a Jackson racing S.C both lasted and are still running, yes you have to get them tuned but with the right tunning and proper install your car can last a very long time. i had 24k on my turbo set up and that motor had 192k on the clock so its all in how you take care of it and tune it.

 

It isn't a "abuse of power" clearly you are a newb to forums as well



Also to the starter congrats mang on the purchase, I sadly did not do my own istall and really regreting it now cause I would have wrapped everything on that side with heat wrap and what not just to be on a safer side of things along with better performance since with all the heat that comes off that may effect the coolness of the air that flows into the plenum.

1. He hasn't blown his motor. So, it's not true. Why is he going to blow his motor? Timing? Fuel? You just made a broad statement with no backing in facts. Ex:He's going to blow his motor becuase his fuel system can't support that much boost
