well, not in the same spot, or you'd see it in the pic. They purposely moved my up and away from the exhaust manifold so it wouldn't heat up and it would be easier to remove.

Whatever, its in the same spot as Vortech put theirs. I matched it up to THEIR pipe. I didnt want to fug with moving the location cause Ive heard that location is key.

Okay, well I've proven that the position it's on on the Injen pipe works without flaw. It's really up to those that want this piece. Good luck. I want them to use you anyway. I want to be OG!

If you make one, I'll buy it. I would think the price would be in the $100 - $125 range? What is yours made of?

G352NV: how much for just the MAF connector piece (housing) (so I can weld it onto a pipe myself)?

Question... is the MAF hardmounted in the tube? Wondering if I would be able to mount/replace my MAF myself.
+1. I also signed up a minute ago on driver so don't count me down for 2.

If G352NV can make the piece, I can have it anodized any color.

3 inch to the first coppler, less copplers = better air flow

booger is right. This piece is mainly for show, but it has been reported to add 5 horsepower due to the better flow.

Would the tube be identical or different for the Z and for the G35? Also, I can imagine it would be far more difficult to access the driver's side spark plugs with this one piece tube. It would have to be removed from under the car as well as at the throttle body. Finally, would engine vibrations be transmitted more severely to the lower attachment point than it would with the usual setup which has several flexible joints along the way?

If Injen won't put this piece into production, I will try to work with G352NV and get them made anyway.
