Default Blitz SBC i-color Electronic Boost Controller

Hey guys i was wondering if the Blitz SBC i-color Electronic Boost Controller is it good or is it just over priced. Is it quality wise and performance wise worth the money.

As a boost controller, its identical to the regular non-color SBC-Id. Lots of bling, and certainly a nice unit. But functionally, you can control boost just as accurately with the regular SBC ID. Here is the link to the regular SBC-ID. I can also order the color version. http://www.forgedinternals.com/store...cat=255&page=1

Its the best and most accurate boost controller I have used to date...and so easy to use. Which one did you see? Color or B&W.

Yeah, I could start one. We'd need at least 5 to make it a go...and roughly $500 shipped. There is so little margin on Blitz..and the discount levels arent that hot.

The GB can be for either color or B&W. Charles, I believe the JDM spec version would not include PSI, but I could be wrong. I'd also get hit with heavy tarriffs on the way in. It's probably something that would be more suitable if I carried them over from Japan. Generally speaking, isnt JDM stuff more expensive?? That's why the Japanese love to come to the USA and buy Japanese electronics, such as video cameras and DVD players.

I'd be in on the GB if the price is right and we can do it relatively quickly.

Post it and they will come.

Much better at holding boost, and maximizing boost response, as its a dual solenoid setup. Essentially, it can wait until the last moment before opening the wastegate, and holds steady boost. The e-01 is great up to about 12psi, and then it starts to fluctuate on many cars we've tuned. And if are running a low boost car, with the blue eManage, I would still recommend it, due its integration with the Emanage blue.

Was about to order a Greddy profec B. For only couple hundred more, I'd go with the Blitz SBC i-color. If around $500, Im in. Must happen soon though.

I'm in for the color one also. The lowest price I've seen is $659 @ turboimports, but they are sold out for the next few weeks. I think anything lower than that would be a steal since the MSRP is $888!!! Sharif what is needed for it to monitor A/F a seperate sensor or harness? Also will this cause a problem working with the EU? Sharif do you have a pic of the SBC installed in a car? Thanks

There is an optional harness for $45, that allows you to input a whole slew of sensor inputs, and log and view them on the screen. That's the only option. Both versions have a little bit of lead-time to, them, as these things have been hard to come by.

With 5 people total, I can do the regular version for $500 plus $10 for shipping. (MSRP is $655), and the color version for $700+ shipping ($888 list). TurboImports doesnt have them listed on their website, and I can't watch whisper pricing. The GB prices are lower than anyone else out there.

GB Serious Interest List:
1)
2)
3)
4)
5)

With enough interest, I will start a thread in the GB section.thanks!
