I hear LS1 engines will vary greatly depending on MT/AT.

I'm not sure about the what was done to the Z06. I was just told it was a Z06. I can tell you that Churchs Dynapack is pretty damn accurate. Thats where we had the turbo shootout. As for the timing yes the relfash still does pull a lot of timing but ECU knock detection is still in place. Turbonetics has tried this before and saw an honest 10 RWHP on their Dynapack but using race gas. When I tell you I didn't believe it I meant it. But Sean from Church's was on the phone and he told me the same. The guy has a dyno sheet for me. He also got the run on video...I'll post them as soon as I get them.

Well to be fair there are dyno's that def. read lower...

So this is why the rule of thumb is going to the same place with the same dyno to do your before and after dyno's.

Since the dynojet seems to be the choice for "inter-car comparisons", I'd like to see his car run on a properly calibrated dynojet. I mean, he's seeing at least 55 more HP than the average Tnetics install, and he was only running a partial tank of race gas, so it would have been somewhat diluted. At 8 PSI, that seems highly unlikely. MIA, you know me well enough to know I'm not calling B.S. on you or anyone else, it's just hard to understand how these numbers are possible.

The whole nation knows that "Church Automotive" put out insane number with their dyno. If he can.....bring it to another dyno place. I will chiip in some money to see it dyno at another place . Anyone wanna chip in? If it's true...then pretty good number.

45+ whp on race gas!!!!???? come on mia, if i had told you any other kit made that much power just by adding 5 galllons of c-16, you would have raised the flag immediately. if this was on the stock reflash, all the tn st guys would be running to their local vp fuels for the good stuff. okay, i kinda understand the whole timing advance thing, but 45 freaking horses?!!!!

Thats a hefty amount of power. AFR was between 11.1-11.6 across the board.

That is funny. As some people know I am having my TN kit installed right now at GRD since Tuesday the 15th. Before I took the car in I also put in 5 gallons of race gas but it was only 100 octane and the rest was 93 octane just to be safe.

The car is almost done but Turbonetics was late on shipping my ECU back to GRD so I have to wait till this Monday to dyno it. I had an APS plenum and a JIC exhaust installed at the same time. My car dynoed 239 RWHP for the base run stock with no mods on a Dynapack. I think that is the dyno they use. So we will see what my car does. I will post everything on Monday night.

Hey why dont you slow down and take a breathe there champ. I'm pretty sure I posted that I didn't believe it either. Twice I think. And I'm also sure I posted that the highest gain Turbonetics saw from race gas was 10 RWHP. SO not only am I COMPLETELY in agreement with you here I already stated your points TWICE. The guy made the numbers and I'm not going to start guessing how. He says he has a dyno chart and video and Sean from Churchs confirmed the numbers. I'm not saying the race gas, flywheel, or anything else did it cause quite frankly I have no idea how he made that much power. But he did and thats all I know.

How much boost are you getting, and what does your AFR look like these days?

Too much boost (10psi) but AFR was in the 11's.
I have not touched the car yet. Waiting to do the fuel system+injectors, boost controller, and probably UTEC. Waiting to see how the UTEC works out.
I imagine that with less boost I'd be running pretty rich so there is probably room for a tune there.
