Good service plug for ATI:

I have a small "noise" coming from one of my pullies. The 5.25" 6 rib drive pulley. Called ATI on Wednesday 11/31/05 to talk about what it might be. I bought a replacement pulley, but when it came it was just a simple pulley. I was thinking it was special or more high tech, So I figured the noise was coming from something else, maybe the shaft?! It's probably is alittle tweaked. Lots of torque & pressure on it. So I call 'em up & shazaam they send me the shaft at no charge!! Just charged shipping & once I've installed it I can send the unopend pulley back, no restock fee, & they'll remove it from my charge card & then bill me for the shaft.

So, basically I ordered the wrong part, they said no problem try this part & we'll bill you later! And I didn't even ask for it, they/he (Dave W) suggested it.
I know all companies have their plusses & minuses & this is the 1st time I've dealt with ATI, but so far they've been good to me.

They are good and if they know you race there product they will hook you up to keep you racing....That is why I have always run a ATI on my race car...
