Default Help with my FI plans?

After reading everything here and thinking way too much about how I want to mod my car I finally have a goal but I'm not sure how to do it.

Goals:
- Must be safe for stock motor, around 350whp max.
- Want to use stock injectors, don't want to screw up the mileage meter.
- Don't want to change hood: Rules out Stillen SC.
- Must be quiet. This is real important to me. I'd rather stay NA than add a bunch of noise. Rules out ATI procharger and Vortec SC, and Stillen SC at least.

This leaves turbos. Twins seem too complex, expensive, and I believe are intended for making more power then I need. (daily driver, no track)

So I'm narrowed down to the Turbonetics ST assuming that it doesn't sound to the neighbors that I'm driving a jet. I don't mind hearing it but I don't want it to be annoying inside or outside the car.

Is it quieter than the superchargers?

The kit comes with larger injectors that I assume I don't need for the horsepower that I want to make. So I guess a tuner kit would be the way to go. I'm not sure what the tuner kit comes with.

Does this sound like a reasonable plan?
- Turbonectics ST tuner kit.
- UTEC or emanage, I want the tuner to have a lot of control
- Stock injectors and fuel system. Do I need a return system?
- approx 6-7 PSI boost

Sorry if I rambled.
Thanks

You wouldnt really need a fuel return for 350WHP. But its always a good idea if you want to have the car safer for daily driving. UTEC would be the best for tuning and the interface seems user friendly. At 6PSI you will be running around 350-370whp depending on other mods.

Don't rule out APS Single either. That has also been proven just as safe.

BOV will make the world of difference on the turbo sound wise. You can make it almost 95% silent.

who would not hear that sexy sound!? it just comes out when shifting ..
if I could put a BOV without a turbo and make that sound, I'd do it with out a second thought
correct me if I am wrong.

Does the turbo make less noise than the superchargers?

I don't think you should worry about the noise from SC or TT, you exhaust will be a lot louder than anything else. Stay with your stock exhaust if you don't want it to be louder. All you will hear is a little "whish" from the FI when you are under load. When you are just idling or cruzing, no sound! Most of the American modified sports cars owners are amazed and how quiet you are when you blow them away.

I agree, the bov is a wonderful sound, and it comes on when you go from a load condition to an unload condition (this includes shifting).

Tn has a nice bov,but it will be to loud for you. APS has a quiet one stealth (this I know 1st hand). You can also check out the HKS sc I don't think it's to loud. Most probably you will be happiest staying na if noise and neighbors are a concern.
