Why is the after dyno cut short and not to redline, you would have gotten some higher numbers.

Peak power was @ 6100 both times, thus no need to rev higher.

yeah those number look shltty (no offense), i had a stock exhaust with my greddy kit on emanage and made 336hp with a 11.5AF, was it tuned at all?
actually your baseline is real low too, maybe there dyno isnt calibrated right, stock should be around 240rwhp.

well yea its true the mustang reads lower. Remeber everyone guides themselves by the dynojet so each time that you see numbers is from a dyno jet or calculated to a dynojet.i think he should be around the 310 to 320 whp mark i think.

Dyno didnt load the first time . Again 7.2psi after tuned . Much lower than a DynoJet would show . If you see on the top right corner of it . We added 11% for DynoJet #

Every dyno reads different, note the established baseline........

I imagine this is running through stock exhuast or cats....I hope so.

I have dynoed my car on this exact dyno. This shop is about 15 mins from us, and I can confirm this particular mustang reads very low in comparison to DJ. I did a back to back WAAAAY back in the day. 405whp on the dynojet, and a mere 326whp on their Mustang Dyno. Nearly 20% lower!! So your 280whp is probably closer to 336whp on a dynojet, which isnt too bad, assuming you have a restrictive exhuast setup, and this was untuned, I presume.

Are you holding boost steady? It looks like past 5k you are flattening out and power stops climibing, your boost is probably tailing off after 5k.
