Default custom single turbo questions

Well, I'll give the backround on my situation here to help clarify everything. I've been reading on the forums for sometime on single turbo set-ups to gather as much info as possible. I own an 03 nissan sentra se-r spec V, it was boosted and produced over 300whp and 300ft/lbs. But I had my fun and now we are in the process of swapping in a vq35de out of an 03 maxima. But in the past few years i've become force induced power obsessed. So with help from 'Powertech Imports' and tonnes of advice from 'forged internals', the VQ will be getting boosted also. Obviously no mass produced kits will work Alot of the parts i have from my previous set-up. As for internals, due to the cost of the swap and boosting ill be staying somewhat stock for the next year (likely only cams and valve springs).

The set-up:
Please correct me where i'm wrong; we are using 550cc injectors; complete return fuel system (pump, 1:1 regulator, rails etc); 20x12x4 i/c; 3" exhaust and downpipe, v band flanges; 2.5" i/c piping; gt35r or gt30??(a/r?); 2x egts; greddy eu; technosquare reflash (timing and rev limit); re-circulated hks ssq; greddy oil feed adapter; thicker but shorter rad (for room issues) and slim fit fans; and so forth...........

The car is already equipped with the return fuel system and wide band, and the turbo will be internally gated at 7-8psi. I wanted to go externally gated but I dont have the room to do it easily, but i'll switch to a tial 40mm when the build happens.
Currently we would like to stay around the 415-450whp mark, and ~550 after the build. Around 12lbs boost im assuming. I'm aware that that kind of power serverly strains the engine but I never put more then 6000miles on my car a year, and next winter its getting built. The car is used for race and show only so longevity isnt in question.
I worked on cars my whole life and I've done a few turbo set-ups on 4 cylinders but this will be my first time working on a VQ, so any info you have will be greatly appreciated.

sorry for the long post, thanks alot guys and gals

scott
