I got everything installed, even with the pipe I am hitting 10psi near the top of 4th, 9-9.5psi in the lower gears. Pro1 exhaust BTW

 

Wow! Did you try a lower weight spring with the new pipe?

Anyone else get to try it out yet? I dropped my car off at the shop tonight to have the relocation kit installed (and other goodies = car full of parts), so it will be a while before I hear anything.

 

Did you re-connect the wastegate vacuum line correctly? Something is definitely not right.

 

add leakyZ to that list, kit runs 14.5 psi on a .3 bar spring (3.63 psi)

 

Your math is off. .3 bar is 4.408 PSI, and it's probably a 5 PSI spring if he's using one supplied by Turbonetics (the blue spring if I recall). In any case, what exhaust is on that car? I had one of the worst cases reported at around 13 PSI. It sounds like you may have a gate not fully opening.

 

Agreed has anyone checked the vacuum line? That "list" gets you no where. PM blk180sx and he can send you a fix pipe.

 

The WG line is installed correctly, lower port of wg directly to nipple on compressor outlet. any other idea's ? Thank you

 

Hmm..thats interesting...I guess it possible the wastegate is damaged. Are you sure te vacuum line is not burnt through? By lower port you mean the furthest one away from the logo right?

 

yeah vacuum line is okay and by lower I mean furthest from the logo on top and closest to the bottom mounting flange. If it were a melted vacuum line I would assume the the boost would be alot higher then 9.5-10psi
