Gotcha.
So for people seeing 9.5-10psi, the WG is already not flowing well. At least that is how I would interpret it.

PM forum member blk180sx with your contact info to get on his list..this is only for members who are currently having a problem. For those that do not currently have an issue the pipes will be sent out the first week of March..

I do not have a boost creep problem with my kit... but would this benefit me in any way or should I just leave it alone?

If you have no boost creep you don't need it now. You can have one sent to you later if need be..

Would installing a larger wastegate in the original location also work? For example, if you opened up the original WG hole and installed a 44mm Tial gate, would the overboost problem be solved?

Unfortunately no...it was tried and tested at Turbonetics. The only solution is moving it. This can be done by you if you want to incurr the costs or using the replacement hardware that is being sent out.

No the gate size is not the issue. This gate has handled 460+ HP already on one Z. its the location with only certain exhausts.
