Exclamation My Turbonetics Set Up (Version 1.25)

With this set up, could I see 450 RWHP Safely?
Will all this work together?

Turbonetics Stage 1.25:

Turbonetics 60-1 Stage V ceramic ball bearing turbo
Spearco FMIC (do they all come with that blue logo sprayed on them)
Evolution Wastegate (with atmospheric dump and down pipe block off)
Raptor BOV
Drop in plug in 510 cc injectors
Walbro 255 lph fuel pump
All piping
Case of TS-1 oil

Extra Goodies:

APS Oil Pan (will this work with the Turbonetics oil return line)
APS fuel return (will this be ok)
UTEC with MAP sensor (boost controller)
Kinetix SSV Or SFR Or B-Line Intake Manifold
Motordyne Gasket
SARD Thermostat
Agency Power Ti 3in Exhaust
B-Line Oil Cooler
KJR Lightweight Stock-Size Crank Pulley

Yes they all come with the Spearco logo but it can be flipped around to hide it if you want...it flows the same both directions...
Yes it will work with the oil return...
Yes it will be ok

All in all good setup. Should make some nice numbers..

To simplify things here....

TN Tuner Kit
510 injectors Why not 550?
APS Oil Pan What problem are you solving with this? Just get an AAM pan spacer.
APS fuel return Or AAM
UTEC with MAP sensor Add BCS solenoid
Kinetix SSV Or SFR Or B-Line Intake Manifold Not neeeded for 450whp
Motordyne Gasket
SARD Thermostat
Agency Power Ti 3in Exhaust Might cause overboost problems with Evolution wastegate.
B-Line Oil Cooler
KJR Lightweight Stock-Size Crank Pulley Not needed fot 450 whp

The 510s will drop in and plug in. Assuming hes using Denso 510s they are good to AT LEAST 550..

So far the only ones I know of are 380 and 510 but they are both plug any play. I imagine if PE has a bigger size then so does Denso (same manufacturer there) So basically whatever size PE has you can get in a Denso plug and play..

You should be able to get them from Turbonetics or a vendor...the 510s are what Turbonetics is including in the Stage 1.5 upgrade..

Cost?

Yes they will as the AAM fuel rails are compatible with even stock injectors... As for price not sure honestly... Best bet would be to call Reggie or a Turbonetics vendor and see what they have pricing wise. I know PE overcharges BIG TIME for their version. Turbonetics may be better priced..

I didn't see your choice for a clutch/flywheel. Any plans?

In my opinion the APS oil pan is not worth the cost. The AAM oil spacer provides an oil return silution and increases oil capaity by one quart. It costs about $200 and comes pre-drilled for the oil return with all the AN fittings and hose you need.

As far as the overboost problem TN is working on a solution. The problem is the inneficient mounting of the wastegate. Likely not the wastegate itself.

BCS.... your choice. I like the Turbosmart boost control solenoid.

APS fuel system. I am familiar with the AAM. I don't know anything about the APS.

Yes.. you will likely have problems with that exhaust with overboosting. It seems very effiecient.

I suggest the CJM or AAM fuel return systems. cj-motorsports.com for the CJM or talk to Sharif for the AAM.

If you want 450 whp
Tunner TN KIT
RC 550 Injectors
AAM Fuel Return
Utec with Map sensor/ Map switch/ tuner/ GM solenoid
Crawford Plenum
Any Single 3in Exhaust... I perfer HKS
Kjr Pulley for faster acceleration
**** IF YOU WANT... WELL WORTH it for power Headers.... Alphaworks fit
@9.5 psi you should be perfect.
Cooling:
Koyo Radiator and Nismo Thermostat

D350Z10 is this your setup?

The koyo fits with the TN kit?
How do headers benifit this kit? (better spool up, better flow)
How about over boosting, will the evolution wastegate be ok even with an atmospheric dump at 9.5psi?

No it won't. Atmospheric dump didn't change anything as far as overboosting as per Kcobeans attempt. 62F I was boosting 12.5 psi.
