they are 1495 MSRP... online only venders will probably ***** them around 1200 in private quotes i expect.

i stopped by GRD and got one from Tuan the other day... I was on the hook between the SFR, the upcoming AAM (seen prototype pics, looks great) and this one.

I ended up with this one since it was the easiest for me... no shipping or anything, i just picked it up in my truck.

laid it out on my living room floor, definatly impressed. i have a feeling the dual 3" exhaust market is going to be tight since we have 3 good options but not many guys with the HP.

3 inch exhuasts can still benifit those moving to FI. There really is no point in buying a 2.5 true dual when first going FI. Step right up to the 3 inch from now. Probably some slightly power improvements even at low boost, with plenty of room for more power. Nothing is worse than buying one exhuast system, and then having to upgrade later to the 3incher's. I know this from experience.

You don't need a 3" dual setup for FI. the 2.5" will flow plenty well for 95% or more of FI owners. If you are really on the fence about it, keep your stock exhaust and get a FI exhaust when and if you go FI.

ya i definately would not run a 3" dual on n/a. you will kill some of your bottom end. for the power levels alot of the turbo guys are running or shooting for now, a 3" is definately in order. 400-450 whp could go either way between 2.5" or 3", but any higher and the 3" will be a benefit.

This is good sound advice. I think Sharif's title should be "The Voice of Reason". LOL. This is a great looking exhaust!

I have a story of a reputable shop doing open test pipe tests on the dyno during tuning and ka-bang the passenger side air bag deployed. Cos tto replace ~ $2k. Sooo open pipes waaaaay too loud and can be costly if not dangerous

The airbag sensor ares are g-force driven...how would a sound wave simulate several g's worth of deceleration or impact?

Navy, my car pretty much sounded 3 or 4 twin prop Cessna's at take-off.
