Edit:
you'd spend 2 grand on a clutch, but only $300 on an exhaust?????

priorities. You can get a decent clutch setup for half that price(JWT) or even 1200 for a Spec 2+ or a comparable clutchmaster or RPS and be able to spend a little more on a nicer exhaust.
If somebody has twelve grand to spend on a FI, it would be a poor choice throwing it into a ST setup.
blah.. 420rwhp burnt up my jwt clutch flywheel in a month.. seriously if you drive your car hard get the ats.. or you will be replacing your clutch flywheel every year or soo.. its worth the money

The ATS Twin carbon is a beast. Well worth the extra money if you have the budget for it.

All I can say is.....RPS Max Series Clutches. Either the street disk or the sprung 6-puck should be fine. The sprung 6-puck (which I run), is incredible. Its a little harsh, but the holding is amazing and it being a sprung hub clutch helps immensly compared to non-sprung 6-puck clutchs. It is suppose to hold 700lbft of torque, and I hear they are actually underrated. This clutch/jwt flywheel with a ss clutch line was under a grand.
Save your money on the ATS imo (unless you absolutely want a stock feeling clutch) and put it towards a TT kit over a ST kit or a nice exhaust system (true dual 3" if you are going TT). I owned a Pro-1 for a long time and enjoyed it. Although, I wouldn't trade my dual 3's for anything ever. But if you do go for something like a pro-1 or something, plan on buying a y-pipe as well.

if you buy the APS ST, it comes with the ss clutch line. not meaning that would influence your decision. just something APS added to be safe.

They added it because the clutch line needed to be moved/longer to allow clearance for the piping.

I agree with Amy Croft on the JWT Clutch/Flywheel i am going to use mine for the 520whp car as long as you dont drag race it and drive properly there shouldnt be a problem
if there is just upgrade the disk to a better material and your done
Just my opinion
