Make sure he changed the headlight/blinker fluid under warranty. Most 2003's had a big problem with them and could cause you many headaches.

How do you know he did all that to the car? Put it up on a lift and see if it's a TD, if the headers are on, and if the AEM CAI is really there. BTW buying a car with the said mods and planning on going FI, the CAI would have to go and get a better exhaust and remove the headers for a turbo. But if you have 15K laying around and want FI with being reliable, go with the Stillen SC.

Research

Research and make your own decision, if you have not already figured it out people will tell you, what is on THEIR car is the best you can get, no matter if its in the shop every week. So my advice to you would be to research and make your own decision. Personally i went with this and WOW its the best thing i have ever done.

I don't really know how to do anystuff in this website. I just go to 350z under forums then see the create thread. I don't know how to post it in a certain forum.
