I took it with no lube with the price I agreed to but time was more of a factor. It was about 90% of the price of my mods and install and the person got the car for free. Oh well.
This is a question of econonmics:
Supply and Demand
If the demand is there and the supply is low, you will get more. If there is no demand and the supply is high - good luck.
So it depends on where you live, I can't believe that a lot of people in Canada are looking for a NA car that has been FIed? But, if you live in Florida or California than I am sure there is a market there.

I purchased my 2nd 350Z w/an aftermarket turbo already installed. It was on the car for 2,500 miles and installed by an APS dealer. Only problem I've had with the turbo or anything related was that I found a bolt loose on the exhaust in the back...that's it.
The owner has to be willing to give it up for certain price, and the buyer has to be willing to pay that price. MoodDude said it right, supply & demand.

we would all love to get the money back out of our Z's considering all the money and sweat put into them. but unfortuneately, it doesn't work that way. if someone is looking for a 350Z, most would rather get into the car and do the modding themselves and save on the initial investment and buy a stocker. now if the car is a show winner or has alot of extrordinary work done to it you might see some of the money back. i use about the same rule of thumb as theking ran into, they buy the mods and get the car free, lol.

Like Sheriff---Thats always my rule of thumb ---BB plus 50% of mods. Always pays to find a drewler that just HAS to have it though. I just make sure that everything is in top shape. Fresh hoses, Belts, fluids, tune etc. Prob though is a Modded car becomes a one man Car and when its subjected to a new operater S**T can happen.
