Well, they had to order a new thermostat cuz the car was overheating when he turned the heater on, so they were waitin for that today. After they replace that, which shouldve been today, i can pick my car up tomorrow. Mike told me that i should break in the kit for a few hundred miles on stock boost, then take it back for the high boost tune. I just want my car back...lol...hopefully ill get it tomorrow

Nah no exact numbers yet except for the stock boost run at 7-8 psi that Mike said made just under 400 whp. Alberto you should run by there and see how my cars doin...lol...and when/if i go pick up my car tomorrow, i can take a look at your ride too.

Update!

 

Yep, i picked up my car yesterday on the 8 psi map. Mike wants me to break it in for a few hundred miles just to be safe, so now im taking it back down for a final tune on friday for high boost. But even right now it feels insane. Cant wait for high boost. Ill def keep you guys posted....

 

What did it do on 8psi?

 

I dont have an exact number yet, but when Mike had it on the dyno, he just told me it made just under 400. He wasnt there yesterday when i picked it up, so i didnt get a chance to talk to him. But when i go back there on friday, ill know everything. I would go earlier in the week, but i have classes up at school all week until friday.

 

How many miles do expect to have on it before you go for the high boost tune ?

 

i already put on 250 since yesterday. so maybe about 5-600 by friday

 

Anything on the numbers, how is the car doing?

 

right now we have it at 10 psi and it creeps to 12 near redline. It started pinging up top so mike pulled out some timing. I have to go back soon and get it retuned after some minor things are fixed like the overboost wastegate relocation thing. But at this boost, we made 408 whp and 438 tq so far...
