Step 1. Remove Vortech supercharger
Step 2. Drink BEER
Step 3. get BIGG MALLET and block of wood proceed to beat the low pressure line into submission (use extreme caution as you could possibly damage the line and have to buy another one...Don't say I didn't warn you)
Step 4. if you completed step 3 without incident drink another beer and smile
Step 5. Install Rabbid performance down pipe and reinstall Vortech supercharger
You are almost done!!!! WAHOOO
Step 6. Install Factory Vortech charge tube behind radiator
Since you already removed front Fascia Step 7-8 should be cake
Step 7. Install Rabbid performance Intercooler mounting brackets and intercooler
Step 8. remove Vortech BOV and reinstall on 3" dia bent section then install onto discharge of intercooler with supplied 3" couplers
Step 9. Install final piece of tubing with supplied couplings and replace front Fascia
Step 10 stand back and small cause this whole process should take you no more than a couple of hours
disclaimer beer drinking may actually lengthen installation time depending on amount consumed by installer
That pretty well sums it all up really simple install I may have left out some minor things here and there but I can remove and install in under 30min now
Even better idea, how about I send my car to you and you do both install and drink....lol
Joking besides, looks and sounds like things are moving along and I hope to hear great results.

Some other good news..The bypass BOV will hold 27psi at least . I preasurized the whole system again today to make sure I had no leaks . Boost gauge read 27psi and no air coming out of the BOV . Now I dont think it will release [ or flow ] enough air to run that high of psi . But it will hold it
