yes but the waste gates dump back into the exhaust. My custom dump tubes free up a lot of back pressure. They add like 40whp and sound mean as ***!

So you got custom downpipes gman? How much did the custom dumps setup cost?

I don't know they were part of one big invoice that inlcuded a built engine, install, and tuning. I try not to look at invoice anymore because I just want to cry. I got mine from SGP, but there are two other companies making them now as well.....SVT and AAM.

My APS TT spools pretty damn loud, especially after adding the 3.5" downpipes.

alberto i said greddy TT would be the loudest not the loudest spool :-p.. i'm actually looking into that setup or the TN setup now :-D.. ahh this car is a money pit. I've sent more cash into mods than i have paying off the car lol!

Out of the Turbos, the TN ST would be the loudest because of the size of the turbo and especially the turbo positioning. Mine is actually quite a bit louder than my exhaust.

Of course, you can't argue external dumps because those can be applied to either situation. I'm sure the ST would be pretty damn LOUD with an external wastegate dump. If interested, ask Jetpilot, I think his is set up to dump externally.

did you read my post ? under the link i said it doesnt sound like that anymore, it was a lose cog belt causing that sound. all gone now.

hey g-man, gotta correct ya, lol. SVRTechnologies. i have a quick sound clip on my site of the dumps and my exhaust. i can totally hear my greddy's spool now with this exhaust. before it was really quite.

Just from placement i think aps st would have loudest spool up.I have my skid plate off and with it bouncing off the street it screams.All others are muffled by hood.

I can see how that would be true.

I've got a vented hood with some vents directly over the turbo and BoV, and it is pretty damn loud.
