I have the greddy type S and love it. Their was one for sale on the classifieds.

I will make a nice video tonight as post it so you can here what it sounds like.

I've also heard the HKS and it's pretty sick.

Isn't the JWT kit a draw-thru MAF design, rather than a blow-thru like the greddy and aps kits?

Alot of cars with draw-thru MAF (3000gt vr4, wrx, etc.) have trouble with open-air blowoff valves and stalling/hesitating between shifts. Not sure if the same would be true on the Z with a draw through MAF turbo setup.

I have a Greddy Type S on my Integra, and I love it. I have loved it ever since I heard one on an MR2 turbo many years ago. Unfortunetly they are discontinued so if you want a new one you will have to keep checking eBay. Even the used ones catch a fairly high price.

BTW - I love the HKS but I am only an owner - not an expert. Nothing to compare it to except no BOV.

It depends on the car... the HKS sounds better (IMO) on 6 cylinders. The GReddy Type S is better on the smaller (4 cyl) cars. I think the HKS would be perfect with the Raptor at a close second. Also the APS sounds bad as hell.

I have the Tial and I think it sucks(sound wise). You cant hear anything, even when I'm racing. I wish I had something that sounded a little more intimidating.

HKS SSQV sounds like crap in my opinion.

I'm very impressed with the TN Raptor BOV. I get a lot of compliments on its nice sound, although it isn't extremely loud. I could imagine with it recirced that it could be fairly quiet.

Oh ok, nevermind then. I love my hks ssqv, but I have no idea what it would sound like recirculated, so my opinion doesn't really count.

so it sounds like the Raptor and the SSQV would be the loudest of the group. I want the loudest because when I recirculate it that will quiet it down a bit. Thanks for all your opinions guys I really appreciate it. Keep them coming though.

knowledge is power and I need more power hahaha

I have the Greddy Type RS. It sounds very much like the Type S, except its about twice as loud.

I've never heard it myselft, but I have read that the turbo xs RFL is really loud. I think the RFL stand for Real Fuking Loud.
