Default Locktight on jackshaft pulleys?

Im trying to take off my 3.12 pulley which has some kind of amazing locktite on it. I got the other jackshaft pulley off (with a 4 foot breaker bar) and god help me get off the bolt on the 3.12. How the hell can I get this pulley off?

***Ok I got it off. with bolt penetrator.......now my questions is, should I use locktight when I put on the jacksaft pulleys? TIA..***

And yea, I used a vice grip on SUPER tight, and it just rips through the pulley, but the bolt wont come lose.

try break-free it is a light oil made to loosen bolts, and make sure you are turing it the correct way.

I use one of them....rubber band pipe wrenches . It has a rubber strap that I wrap around the cog pulley to hold it and loosen the bolt for the serp pulley . Make sure you use anti sieze on the shaft before re-installing the pulley's
