Hey guys I have been in south america for the last week doing some business. I am using the hotel computer and do not want to access my paypall account since this computer is not secure. I am up for one so anyone whom has one put one aside for me please.

 

Well things are moving along as expected. I should have the emblems sent to me in about two weeks and in turn I will ship them out to those that have pre-paid. Below are some pics. The first one is a CAD rendering and it shows where the attaching tabs are located that hold the letters together. The second one shows an actual CNC cut that the mold is going to be made from. I will of course announce when they come in and I will post pics of finished product. Thanks for your patience.

Yeah, the Z is upside down but don't worry that's not how the emblem's going to be cast.

+1 awesome work. Are you doing two designs, one where the word supercharged is one word and the other it's split into lines? I am planning on the putting the supercharged emblem on the right and leaving the 350Z emblem alone, so the one word supercharged emblem works perfect for my situation.

Again, props to what is looking like an excellent and quality design and product. How's the OEM looking boost gauge project? I may yet be another customer if you get that off the ground although I don't know how the installation will work out.

 

SUPER & CHARGED will be seperate words but will be layed out on the application jig as one word; therefore you can "stack" the words if you want or place it anywhere you'd like. doug * I think* placed TWIN TURBO on the right side of the rear deck and left 350Z in place and I think it looks really good. The boost gauge project is waiting on a revised gauge face with (hopefully) color that more closely matches the stock gauge faces plus I'm thinking of changing the scale to make 0 straight up on the scale and the vacuum range from 20 In.Hg to 10 PSI of boost, just for aesthetics and so that when the car is idling (at about 22 In.Hg.) the needle isn't completely off the scale like it is currently. I will definitely post updates on it. Thanks for your interest.

What about a GT-S emblem? I know there isn't one for the 350Z GT-S concept but that would be kind of cool for the supercharged crowd.

Sorry, only concentrating on the Z's since that's what I've always owned. I have a few 350Z-specific projects that I'm working on and don't have the time or resources for anything else at the moment. Do not take this as total disinterest in the G35's; I might do something for "that side of the Nissan house" sometime in the future.

Got word that the SUPERCHARGED Z emblems are being shipped out to me on 7-24-06 and I should have them by the end of the week. I will get them out as soon as they come in.

As a matter of fact....I have another batch of TWIN TURBO Z emblems coming in with the SUPERCHARGED Z
