Run a time (or even a trap speed) more representative of your power level with your own car before bashing the ability of others. The guy in the other lane in alot of these videos isn't necessarily on his best pass.

Thanks guys every little bit of info helps. I am going to a diffrent track next week (better prep what ever that means). Tarruan, thanks for the check list, I wish I had you guys at the strip. I'll get into the 11's. but first some DR's are in order.

You know I have a dumb Q I should ask it because Im no slick expert.
gnxs-how do you know when your slicks are worn out? I bought these used guy said they had about 50 passes on them, Ive used them for 2 seasons now and they seem like they dont smoke or hook up as much anymore. Time to replace I imagine? I used to do better 1st gear burnouts, even though I never was huge on that in this video I did many 2nd gear burnouts and could barely get smoke. Any input would be appreciated.
