Reggie is a great CSR and would never treat a customer bad unless said customer gave him a good reason to do so. This has been shown even on these forums where jerkoffs like yourself came talking trash and he still went out of his way to help.
+1

And get off my thread already troll...start a new thread if you want to cry. I can't imagine what you needed to ask before even opening the box. The install instructions are available in about a million places for you to look at and I helped someone who had never seen a turbo in person install one of their kits in about 8 hours. WIth very little assistance from me. What I'm getting at is if you can read (that new thing where you look left to right, top to bottom, put words together and they make sentences) you can install this kit with basic hand tools.

If you think that you can just say what you want, and that others cannot say what they want...

We have ours as well, along with much better grammer... So the only moron in here is you, so you should stop typing because you are making yourself look worse haha.

I really like your spelling for "poeples", I am surprised you were even able to order something over the internet

Oh yeah, forgot I was supposed to be so hurt by your comment on not caring what I think... Muahhahahahahahahahahahhah, I will get back to crying.

luckily, your greddy kit should hold together for a week or so before you "air condition" the block with a nice rod-sized hole.

1. This forum is for shared experiences, but not this thread. If you got an experience you want to post, you should do so in its own thread and then others that are interested, can read and post on that topic.

2. I have work with Turbonectics on an article and found them to be good people, always willing to help out, and above all, supportive of their products. In addition, I think you will find that the vast majority of people that decided to buy a Turbonectics kit have enjoyed their total experience.

3. If you did a little searching on this forum, you would find that Rob (MIAPLAYA) is VERY helpful regarding Turbonetics and is a valued member of this forum. People who post on my350Z.com are sort of a family and the bottom line is you have made a poor impression by the way you have conducted yourself. I am sure that if you approached your issues with Turbonetics in a more mature and appropriate way, Miaplaya would be the first here to help you out and help you resolve any issue you have. I have seen him do this many times in the past. Because of that, you will find that when you are rude to members like him, you get a very strong and overwhelming negative response from members here.

First of all, congrats on getting the forum up and running. Both MIA and Taurran obviously put in a lot of effort into this. I am looking forward to participating as much as I can! I just need to finish unpacking.

And I really hope a mod deletes the sicksilver posts. IIRC, he already posted his experience in a dedicated thread a while back. Freedom of speach is fine, but wrecking a thread is not.

Thanks for the kind words Jeff. Have you had a chance to check out the Owners Club?

Rob:

I just checked the website out. It is great! I love that there is a forum for owners of their kits AND that Turbonetic employees themselves will be on the site.

Interesting how a lot of guys looking for a FI kit are so focused on peak hp etc when shopping to buy a kit but do not seem as concerned with the technical support and warranty of the kit. Of course when something goes wrong, they sure sing the blues!

Turbonetic's no hassle warranty says alot. The creation of this website and Turbonetics willing to be on it to answer questions reinforces their commitment to their customers and future customers.

Thanks Jeff glad you like it. All the credit really does go to taurran for making the website what it is today. All I did was some basic server and networking stuff and install some basics. Taurran is the one who really made it stand out. I look forward to seeing you over there too Jeff..

Oh, there's a lot left to do on the website. I would have liked to have had it complete by the time we had traffic, but you know how that goes.

I just updated some of the colors on the layout, and we should have matching buttons soon.

Things will be changing daily so keep visiting to see the newest updates.

i hope they dont. Poeple need to read every one veiw. No, i never posted about it before. It was prolly some one else who had the same expeirence and was beat down like i was for disaggreing with crowd. i did not whine and cry, i decided what i was going to do , and then shared, and i dont see how i was being rude. I saw a post for all poeple that have , or are interested in a turbonetics kit,(which i do have the kit) and i posted my experience. Once again sorry if that offended any one. But in return,i got called a liar, a troll (which i have been selling car parts off my webpage for almost 8 years and have deep roots in the internet nissan community) , stupid ( I have a BA from UM)and a chorus of other names. I never said every one had the same expierinces as me, if they did the company would probably not be in bussiness any more.I did not post a topic about it because i am not aiming to ruin their bussiness, but share my honest experience, and for that i get bashed by people who you say are part of this strong family. If they were part of a community they would have tried to help, instead of calling me a liar, and trying to bash my intellegence. To me it seems as though they are more occupied with making sure what they have on there car is considered the BEST, and not the furtherment of a true community, in which people openly share different opinions and each is allowed it own merit. I watch many great S13/s14 threads torn apart over the whole sr vs ka deal, when really we are all on the same side. If any thing the experience i had here only furthered the already bad taste i have in my mouth over the whole deal, as well as made sure that i will never be part of this family. If i were a KKK member and my sister married a black guy because every white guy she dated beat her, i could not hate her for that. Just like a fellow z driver should not hate or belittle me because i had a bad interaction with the company he has choosen to endorse.

And on a positve note, the webpage does look very nice, and it will be a great resource for other poeple who choose to use this kit. It shows that a lot of hard work was put into it.

Missing the whole point, there are plenty who have had issues with "Turbonetics" in some shape/form/fashin just like tons of other people with their problems with many other brands... But atleast they were decent enough to make their own threads.

So point is you can talk about your problem or whatever, but make your own thread instead of thread jacking like you did here.

Exactly. If you read my posted silver, you would realize that I have absolutely no issues with you voicing your concerns about the TN kits. As others have mentioned, none of them are 100% perfect.

But this thread is not the proper forum.
