ok why not!

droped off for cams, car was driven without asking me for a photo shoot, tryed to charge me a 10 extra hours for install saying "they" didnt remember I had a SC? (worked on my car for 2 years and dont remember?) quoted 4 days for cams took 2+ months, main mechanic quite while working on my car, car back together only runing on 3 cyclnders, replaced fcon said it was shorted out? WTF after a year? , got car back, one week later noticed I had no rev limiter hit 8k+rpm's. cracked ring land! end of story.

waiting on print out of fcon to see where my rev limiter was set at or even if there was one.

Interesting. I seem to hear the same thing from quite a few different people about their lack of customer service. I don't have any personal experience with them, so I don't know.

why is it, with crap like this, that vendors that pull this crap are still allowed to post on the board here, or even advertise?

I sent them 2 emails, one to sales, one to service and 3 pm's to AAM members on this board, I never heard anything back.

I've heard nothing but horror stories since.

i have forwarded every message and replied to every email sent to me. I pride myself on customer service and every person I have dealt with can confirm this. (toby insert praise here). LOt's of people have both pro's and con's to say about every shop. I have had good experiences and bad experiences myself. For this reason I always try to help. Granted my abilities are limited but I have gone as far as answering questions after hours on my own personal phone.
