Default Forged Performance :)

Just got my car back today from Forged Performance. I have nothing but good things to say about Sharif's new shop. The level of quality and professionalism Sharif carries is second to none. Drove 4 hours today to Atlanta to pick it up and drove back to Charlotte 3 hours later.

We had to dyno the car at another shop due to Sharif not having his dyno just yet ( 8 more days Sharif ). I'm a very highstrung and cautious person so I chose to go with a VERY conservative tune. The car put down 362hp and 371tq and I couldn't be happier Its a dream come true thats for sure.

I would recommend Sharif and Devon to anyone who wants as smooth of a process as possible. Any question or worry you have will be solved by these guys. Best of the best is all I can say. Thanks guys!

Nice setup and enjoy the power, just a quick question and not starting a fight just trying to understand the decision process, you got all that for roughly the same as an APS TT kit would have cost what made you go for the setup you got?

I use APS because it is the easiest to compare due to its completeness, the Greddy has too many variations.

I went with this setup because I eventually want a higher hp single turbo car. When I graduate from college in December, my car is going back to Forged Performance for rods, pistons, headgasket, etc... then I'll up the boost

Fuel Return ~1100.00
Fuel Injectors ~550.00
Clips ~ 100.00
Fuel Pump ~ 100.00

Total about 7,300.00 an APS kit 7,500.00
Sooooo he saved himself $200 on the kit, about $1500 on the install and a whole bunch of APS associated headaches. $1700 dollars can get you a few hookers and alotta beer.

RC 440s: $530
Fuel Return $985
Turbonetics Tuner Kit $4584
Utec $979
Crawford plenum: $299
Thats: $7377
Which give you a better EMS than the APS, better return fuel system than the APS, AND an intake plenum. All that for less then the cost of JUST the kit you mentioned. AND you also save AT LEAST $1000 on install.

This is like the east coast/west coast rapper wars when Notorious B.I.G was killed.

Some peeps are going to have to be taken out here before we make peace between the single and twin turbo people.

Bring It !!!!

P.S. Rob.... you had better sell some sh@t and get some iTrader rating respect. 0 just aint cutting it for someone of your stature and position. So find some stuff in your garage and sell it. Maybe you have a T66 lying around?

I agree he got a heluva setup, but the aps kit does have a boost solenoid controlled by the unichip.
