"My friend, there is no way a Stillen blower will get you anywhere near 500 HP. I hope you know that"

His reply:

"With the cold air intake, stage 4 supercharger and enlarged injectors it produces about 510HP!

Dude, your car is being discussed on my350Z.com and it is the UNANIMOUS concensus that this simply isn't true. I have a Procharger with 9 psi of boost, headers, cats, dual exhaust, intake fuel rails, injectors etc and I am LUCKY to see 400 WHP. Even if you are talking CRANK HP, this simply isn't possible"

Him:

So now the "STATED" HP has gone from 510 to 515! I guess the extra 5 HP is from the BS he added to his reply.

My car makes 750 HP. THERE! I "stated" it. So that must mean it is true!

 

Hahahah that is so funny, so he is just adding up the advertised hp gains on everything he has put on the car...Funny Stuff

What is with these types of people. There is a silverstone Z here in town that looks really nice. Unfortunatley the guys that owns it is a complete moron. He's been telling people that his engine was complete built by Stillen and that he makes......Get this, 550hp and 5psi. LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL.

Well I make an actual 638rwhp now - with a 2.3L Whipple @ 20PSI. This guy obviously has just added all the advertised HP and the advertised crank HP of the Stillen Stage 4 to get his number. I bet the real number is 390rwhp.

 

When does it end. We know the truth about all FI equipment so why is there such a waste on a thread about faulty information. What happened to use the search button. I guess we live in a world of critics. I am sure there are enough Z owners out there to know this is false advertising. We also know it is hard to sell a car with a FI kit on it. Talk about closing a thread

 

Wilric, sure WE know it is BS, but there are thousands out there who do not. We know this car and we know this kit. The VAST majority out there do not and I think it is sickening to see someone falsely and stupidly advertise what he has advertized.

Here is his latest:

"If the winning bidder dyno's the car and it is less then 500HP, I will refund every dime of their money! How's that for a guarantee big shot!"

"If you have done all of this to your car then I would hope that you understand that 'stated' HP gains for mods are COMPLETELY inaccurate. HP gains for mods ARE NOT cumulative! For example, if you buy an intake that ESTIMATES gains of 15 HP and headers that claim 20 HP and an exhaust that claims approximately 10 HP, this ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT MEAN that the car will gain 45 HP!!! It just doesn't work that way. If you don't know this you shouldn't be claiming what you claim in a sale ad! It is totally false advertizing!

To make it clear, why don't you state in your ad that the car has never been dyno'ed and put your 'guarantee' about the money back if a dyno fails to show 500 HP (Which I guarantee will not happen)"

Look what i started. Well this guy is getting an education. Whats frusterating to me is that people think that they can put up something like that and not get called out on it. By the way if he built the motor, he would have even less horsepower since he lowered the compression and at stage 4 the blower is completly maxed out. So let say he built a high comression motor, well moving that much air on that blower would heat soak so fast he wouldnt have a motor.

 

this is why i hate mass production. any idiot can get a Z....or similiar sports car, and be a total jackass, not knowing anything about his car.

i know theres a lot out there to know about cars, but i dont see why some people cant just say they dont know, or are not really sure about them.

 

What a funny thread, his reply to you guys via email is great. He is obviously a pole smoking young kid who knows nothing about cars and like somebody said had some shop build it up and he goes around trying to blow smoke up people's a$$es. He is a disgrace to all Z owners, I hope the car gets totalled before he has a chance to sell it, somebody around where he lives should go put him in his place with a "measly" 400whp Z-then the truth might actually hit him....

well my stated power is 704rwhp to the right rear wheel,so there.

 

So, he has gone from "over 500 HP" to "510 HP" to "515 HP" and now has dropped dramatically down to "410 HP"?

Must have removed the valve stem gaskets.

 

Damn he wasn't lying! He sent me the dyno and it says 550hp with 535tq!!

 

i want to know why i didnt state in ths add that the motor was fully built untill after we started to rip on him? If he was smart he would of put that up way before, thats a big deal having a fully built motor, what thats like over 6 to 7 grand just for that lol! I bet he just got the blueprint bull **** from some site!.. haha i like the dyno! O and u see how he has the people who bid hidden? so we cant email them and tell them hes full of ****! I bet the car is a salvage title, lol
