Default stronger Radiator Fans

it was over 120 degrees in North Hollywood yesterday and my AC went insane causing me to go into limp mode after being in bumper to bumper traffic for over an hour....very odd but after I let the car cool down for a while and cleared the codes everything was fine again.

My fans are screaming though, I am hoping that there are some aftermarket fans out there that are stronger.

I also need to finally get an oil cooler installed

btw I already have a stillen radiator

Anyone have any fan suggestions?

I think the oil cooler would have more of an impact than better fans. The radiator coolant is trying to cool the block and oil. Oil cooler difference for me was 15-20 degrees difference in traffic.

What was the code thrown? I've read of the throttle position sensor going crazy under serious heat and I've seen the crank position sensor go bananas too.

it was the throttle positioning sensor that threw the code.

There's a guy on G35driver with an APS single that has the TPS thing happening on a restart in hot conditions. He says he unplugs and replugs the sensor and it's good. http://g35driver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=107609

I had the limp mode from the crank position sensor in bumper to bumper traffic on the freeway when I had the Stillen. From having the cipher program running in various city conditions, the intake temps skyrocket when not moving.
