Default Zeitronix LCD Display

Anyone have the dimensions on this LCD? I'm hoping that it's small enough for me to fit it in a single DIN.

Thanks!

Looks like it's a bit too long, though. Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't a single DIN 7'' x 2''?

Yes a DIN is ~ 7" x 2"

I believe the Zeitronix display is a little too tall.

Checked it again. With some very careful trimming of plastic end caps you could get it down to 2 1/16" wide.

Someone must have mounted this thing in a DIN space. It kills me that Zeitronix would develop something so near to such a standard size w/o it being able to fit.

Mine is up in the factory sunglass holder by the map lights. I just flip it down and check it from time to time, not really needed for daily driving.

Good idea, too. I think I will probably end up mounting it on the dash somewhere above the oil, voltage, and digital meters.
