Default Simple Question...Changing boost with no controller. APS TT

Okay this is kind of a dumb question and i should probably know the answer to this question because im picking up my car next weekend. but here it goes...Is it possible to change the boost pressure with an APS TT without a boost controller of any kind? does the APS come with one stock? or do i use the engine managment and a laptop to change the boost??

Thanks in advance.

The unichip manages the boost control. You cannot change this, only a unichip dealer can do this. Why would you want to change your boost setting without tuning it? asking for trouble.

+1 don't touch it, have your installer change it w/ a tune before you pick it up

Exactly, that's one of the beauties of the APS kit, it's very easy to control how much power you want to put down via the throttle pedal

I run an electronic boost controller on my APS TT setup..and I've run everything from 6psi to 10psi on the same tune...I just made sure the tune was safe @ 10psi. The Unichip adjusts fuel based on boost pressure up to a point and so far it's worked for me.
