It looks like top quality work. My one concern would be those intake ducts. That material and that much length is horrible for the turbo's efficiency.

The intake ducts are an extremley strong flex pipe (you can stand on it and it wont give) so we arent really worried about that and as far as the efficiency of the turbos i dont think that will be a problem either but i guess there is no way to tell yet... and for the people that know the PE kit they know that where the intakes are now they dont get much air and its all very hot because its right next to the motor in the engine bay and where i relocated them gets ALOT more air (from the location and the larger/ better filters) and its whatever the outside temp is. Between that and the fact that we switched the intercooler and got rid of the horrible Y pipe shown below i think the car will be running more efficient and with much cooler air. but i may be wrong. Ill let everyone know how the tune with Sharif goes .

I believe that the Y pipe you pictured here is a problem, it has been identified as a problem by numerous owners of the PE kit. Smart move eliminating it. I still have not heard anyone give a scientific explaination why your long tubes are a problem.

yea i think they think it will produce more lag but i honestly dont think it will and from what ive seen with just driving it lightly until it gets tuned there hasnt been any difference (still no lag to speak of really). One benefit of the smaller turbos

Lag is something I experience in my wife's 4 cyl Passat turbo, not my PETT 350Z. I can light a cigarette while waiting for her turbo to kick in.

longer intake piping = more friction surface for the air going in. It doesn't just effect the lag but also the high rpms are effected where the air flow capacity of those hoses are maximized but i dont think this will be a problem for your car as the intakes have a sufficiently large diameters.

In most drag applications they leave the comp side of the turbos open or just put an open pipe (well it's more then that of course but i dont remember the name, the thing that looks like the intake runner of an individual intake manifold) in front of the compressor wheel.

So it's something like trying to run a whole house vaccum cleaner with a small motor, the "pulling" of the air is less velocity (very scientific terms haha) because of the volume of the whole hose?

that explanation was too scientific for me to understand
