Default single or twin?

im turboing my car during the winter while its stored, however iim stuck on 1 thing: twin turbo or single turbo??

i read that twins r more responsive (as in 1 per 3 cylinders) but then i also hear that a larger single turbo does wonders (duh!) but i plan to run more autocross than drag, so i figured i need it 2 spool lower, hence 2 smaller twins. can i get sum input from sum of u guys running boost?
