Im pretty sure that the tuner kit does not include the fuel system or a piggyback. So if you get the tuner kit, you would need to find yourself a fuel system

From some site:

**NOTE: Tuner Kits are incomplete kits, which will need tuning accessories (Fuel Pump, Fuel Management, Stand alone or custom CPU.)

Hey...that's not from "some site" thats from SuperchargersOnline.com

...But the full kit will come an FMU, a fuel pump that works as an enclosed system with the FMU, and a timing control box to control the timing under boost (split second box.) The complete kit is made to run out the box on a stock system.

The "tuner kit" is a strip down version of the complete system, where it lacks the FMU, fuel pump, and the split second box. Usually the tuner kit is for people who already have those items or are looking to run their own custom setup. You will need to get your own fuel setup. Most people go with larger injectors, intank pump, and a custom calibration on the ECU to control the air/fuel mixture and timing curves.

Whoops, sorry! Didn't mean to steal from ya. FWIW you have the best price around by far. I have the full kit bookmarked and just backed up a page or two to get that info. I should be a customer soon if my wife doesn't follow through with a change of careers in the next few weeks.
