Default Mrev V2 w/ TN kit

Hey guys. My first FI post.

I have a Mrev V2 on my car right now and was wondering if it would benefit me to keep it and get a spacer or get a kinetix ssv intake manifold.

Any other recommendations are appreciated also. Thanks.

research the SSV with boost and you'll understand why very few run it.

as far as i know both are the same thing.. basically the mrev2 will work on non revup engines where as the mrev+ works on revup engines....

I know they are a must mod N/A but not sure FI, i am sure it would work well..
I jsut got the 5/16" spacer

So no need to get a larger upper plenum you think. Maybe overkill. I was thinking 5/16 spacer, upper plenum and throttle body spacer. Do you guys think this is too much and unecessary?

I don't think anything beyond the MD spacer is really needed for stock block out of box boost.

I have an MREV2 & Spacer AND A REVUP plenum. I'm not sure which to run on my TN setup. remember, I have a revup engine. on the regular engine, the revup plenum isn't very good.

N/A, I love the mrev2&spacer, but I wonder if the shorter runner/bigger runner REVUP plenum would be better for FI.

It would be interesting to see a before and after dyno with that...

+10

There are several people running them on FI REVUP's and there are even dynos of it, but so far, there aren't any "pre/post" dynos of it.

If we can extrapolate the results on the nonrevup engine where FI users pre/post dynod both the revup and nonrevup lower plenums, the results were much better with the nonrevup lower plenum.

If this is the case, I would expect similar results on FI revups.

Who wants to pre/post test it on their FI REVUP? I'll donate $150 to your dyno time.

Contact me for details.
