I sold the G today. Ive been parting it out for about a month now. I ended up selling all of the parts a while back. I found a buyer today who wanted the car with the turbo kit on it. It was funny because I told him before he saw it that it had the kit, after he drove it, he said he didnt want it without the kit. I think I got a pretty good deal, and so did he. With the money I got from the mods and car, since it was close to being paid off, I am gonna buy a used SUV and a toy, more than likely a 96 240sx with a built KA-T putting down around 500whp. It will be different but right now with 2 kids <4 yrs old, the G isnt practical. Ive enjoyed the G and made lots of friends on the forums. Thanks to all you guys that have helped me thru all my adventures, you know who you are. Ill still be on here, probably just as much as I used to be, but wont be buying and selling parts anymore. I bet ive bought/sold over 100 parts b/t here and G35driver. Maybe I will pick up one later, after all the R&D is done. Now Ill be looking in from the outside.

post some picks. A 500whp 240 will walk all over the 500whp G35, purely on the power/weight ratio.

if you mean in the 240, it is turbo'd.

 

Wow another OG bits the dust. I joined way later than you but read some of your posts. Do stick around because even if don't have the car anymore we can all use your knowledge.

Ideally you don't want your kid right up against the front seats even if they are strapped down.

 

So the gs dont really have back seat back seats...........

never knew that.............Well have fun with the 240 im in the search my self for SR hatch..........

Ka24de should of kept my 240sx that i drove home out of a field for 300$. Faster than a z for less money.. No idea what i was thinking.

Sad to see you go man~ Your endeavor with APS ST definitely helped me alot with my project... Now, who's willing to sacrifice their car to be the next APS R&D vehicle?

 

GL with the silvia and make sure you still check in time to time. Offer still stands this summer, like to see the 240 on the track. Tell the new owner to take care of my turbo!!!
