i just installed this tn st with 440cc injectors, ssv, stock exhaust, greddy emanage blue (i know get rid of it and get a utec... im broke so no utec for a while) and tial wastegate with a .5 bar spring.

i have the software for the emanage...

i called greddy and they told me they dont have a map for my application only for the greddy tt kit.

does anyone have a safe streed map i can load onto my emanage... i will be taking it to get it tuned but meanwhile i need some sort of map to drive around... and mayb test out my new toy...

thanks for the help guys.

When I was reading his list, that was the first flag that came to mind- get rid of the Blue.

I use the Greddy EU and it works great!

No need to borrow a street map if you are getting it dyno'd unless you meant dynoing for just numbers and not tuning.

Just go easy on it until you get a good EMS system and unlike what someone else posted on here DO NOT drive it like you stole it. One of the most idiotic things you can do to a stock internal FI Z ESPECIALLY without a good EMS.

No problem,

You SHOULD be able to drive it and definetly don't put it into boost which starts around 2,900 rpm for the TN kit (atleast mine did). Listen for soudns of crackling or like a plastic or paper bag crumpling coming from your engine. Those are signs of detonation. If you see smoke coming from the engine, check it out but more than likely it will be from the heat wrapping and stuff but since the kit is used, that may not happen (the smoke.)

If it is not too much trouble, I highly advised getting your car towed to the tuning shop. If you can't get it towed, have someone escort you and drive behind you just incase anything happens.

So are you getting dyno tuning done or just dynoing for numbers?

For tuning, for safety sake, make sure that they start-off with a rich map to prevent detonation. As far as I know, this si standard operating procedure. The tuner will then lean it out pull after pull after pull. Make sure you ask about this if you are not sure. I know that my Greddy EU came with a 'start-up' tune which was very rich throughout the rev range and the tuner would pull fuel as he went.

With FI, always err on the side of caution.
