APS Single Turbo Overboost
It seems that in every gear besides 1st and 2nd im getting boost creep. By the time I hit 5000rpm im at 10psi and climbing. The car was tuned at gt motorsports by Sam. I told him about it so he made some adjustments with the gain, but I still have the problem. Any ideas?
Forge Actuator springs FTW... This should "help."

I've never been a fan of EMS boost control. Too many issues that I've heard of... I'm not sure about the Unichip's boost control features, but a quality stand alone EBC is usually a better bet from what I understand.
Not trying to start a huge debate, and as always, just my

OP: if you can get away from the internal WG all together, then that's the way to go IMO. A quality external WG should give you far better control over boost fluctuation. However, if you're stuck with the internal setup, the forge actuator springs have worked wonders for several APS fans. The best shot is to get a spring that's close to your desired PSI levels, and then augment with a good EBC (Unichip EMS BC if that's a good option).
Hey Tig,
I actually bought one from forged the moment it was suggested,
as far as the external WG, im going to probably get it anyways when I get my new motor, im assuming thats the unit on APS's website under options for the single turbo...
I'll post the results once I get the forge unit in, thanks for the replies
