Problem with Blitz Dual SBC not limiting boost
Guys, Just installed my Blitz DSBC which came off my old car and the issue is that the device is not limiting boost. Even when the boost controller is off the boost keeps rising and then hits my predefined boost by the fcon at 0.5bar.
I have wired up the controller like the image below. The bottom image is the wastegate. Any ideas.?
Keep in mind that this controller has been in my cupboard and not used for the last 3 years

The back of the controller is set to WG which I assume is for wastegate.
The spring in the WG is set for 0.35 bar. When the boost controller was not fitted boost was running correctly at 0.35 bar only now after install the boost is not working correctly.
I understand that the controller will not be able to reduce boost less than the WG spring but when the controller is off the valves should open and boost will then be controlled by the WG spring whcih it isn't now.
I'm thinking that the solenoids maybe stuck since they have not been used for so long.

before the controller was fitted, did you have just one line going to the bottom fitting on the wg? now you have 2 hooked up, im not sure about your controller, maybe the second line, which is also seeing pressure is causing the boost to rise a bit when the ebc is off.
Still only having one line to the bottom of the WG which has been tee'd off the intake which goes to the IN on the solenoid. Like the picture in the first post if it makes sense. The top of the WG connects to the OUT of the solenoid.
Okay found the problem. The issue was that the boost feed line ie: the line that connects to vacum for the boost reading on the DSBC was not connected.
I didn't connect this as I thought that the boost pressure was only controlled by the gain and ratio. Thought that this was only to get a boost reading and since I have a alternate boost gauge then this would not be required. Lucky I ran the line just incase I wanted it for future.
To be honest the instructions should say that the line feed is mandantory..
