If you can see in the pictures, the bolt holding the cog pulley bolted to the blower has come loose. Im guessing that i am going to have pull off the mounting bracket and retighten the bolt. I need to now if this is a common problem or if this has happened to anyone else and what you did to fix it?

You shouldnt have to pull the whole thing off . There are 4 bolts holding the blower on the bracket . If you loosen the bottom 3 you maybe able to move the blower enough to tighten it back up . You can also access the blower through the wheel well . Take off the front section of the wheel well and you can gain access to ir easily . In fact , I remove the blower completely through the wheel well . I have mine out right now and I took it out throught the wheel well . I wish that bolt on mine was loose . Im trying to get mine off to put on a bigger cog pulley . Vortech must have forgotten to add lock tight to that bolt before installing it .

Here ya go . The red circles are the 4 bolts that needed to be removed . The white circle is where the blower drops down and comes out . You can get to the oil line and the return oil line from there easily .

Once you get the front wheel well off . You will see how easy things are to get to . I would try what I said earilier . Remove 3 of them and try to move the blower around to get to that bolt . You might want to take out the bolt all the way and put a drop of Locktite on it .
