Default Turbonetics Customer Service

Some people on the forum love to bash on turbonetics about their customer service. I took my kit off a little while ago because I switched to greddy twins but noticed a pipe was broken when the kit came off. I emailed Ed pictures and my sales order and he is overnighting me the part. If that's not good customer service, I don't know what is. A couple months back I had a oil feed line fitting break and I received that replacement part 2 days later. Great service without a doubt.

Thanks for the help Ed, I really appreciate it. During my turbonetics stint they were nothing but good to me. I just wanted to post my experiences with them.

personally I would prefer not to have a broken pipe or oil fitting - Glad they were good to you, but like I said, would rather not have issues like that to deal with

Was this honestly necessary? I'm sure APS customers would not prefer to have oil pouring into their intercooler and charge pipes on their ST kits. Unfortunately for them, well, we all know how that went down...

Sorry - you are the one bringing other manufacturers into the mix. Just stating my opinion in regards to the OP's post.

I remember this little line from the movie Tommy Boy -(goes something along these lines) if you stamp a box filled with **** "gauranteed" all you have is a gauranteed box of ****.

Yeah sure...I'm positive being the APS camp cub scout leader you are that no one here knew what you were insinuating with that post.

This guy has secured a guaranteed box of APS ****!

APS fanboys are funny.

Lets move on with the ignorance and avoid another TN war.

You show me where I am referring to any other manufacturers? I don't even have any brand names listed in my sig.

You are very paranoid.

Unbelievable. it is sad I can't even post up an honest opinion in response to a thread like this. I had a turbo issue with my kit that my manufacturer took care of that I would have rather not dealt with in the first place; just like I stated here.

And threads like this are complete TN BS.

Who exactly do you think you are fooling here? You and your buddies fly off the handle the minute I post my honest opinion of anything non-Turbonetics. But now we are all expected to pretend your post was harmless and in no way intended to denegrate a company given your history? Do people honestly buy this?

It is no secret that the TN kit is a POS. Threads like this go on to show all that it is true. Broken pipes, broken fittings, to go along with blown motors, incomplete kits, misleading marketing, melted AC lines, you name it.

No one has to beleive me, there are plenty of threads out there that people can search out to learn about all kits on the market. For them to research and learn about potential problems with all and hedge their bets so to speak when purchasing a kit for their car.

Like I posted in my opening post in this thread, glad TN took care of the issues, but being a consumer myself, I would prefer not to have to deal with broken pipes and fittings to start off with.

Get over it already. There's not one kit out there that is "perfect". Everyone has their own opinions despite never even owning some of these kits or actually knowing what they are talking about. And lets face it, even APS has engineering blunders. Check valves, boost drops, External Wastegate setups that won't even bolt up to their own exhaust. There's plenty of people out there running each and every kit available with no issues. And there are people out there with issues with every kit available. Unfortunately not every company is right there to take care of the issues their customer's have. That's all the OP was saying. But please continue ruining yet another thread with your blathering. And if everyone can get the truth by searching around about each kit then we don't need to see it from you on every non-APS thread.

ED from turbonetics always helped me out and is there to answer my questions when i needed any help. Even when he's off work, he's still willing to reply to my questions about installation. I can say that TN's customer service is great! They are quick with their answers and response to any problems that i had!

Zivman is nothing more than a worthless POS and troll... He really needs to find something better to do with his life. His single-handed quest to trash Turbonetics' reputation is sorely pathetic at best.
