Default Help

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I'm stressing here. I won a bid for a new stillen stage 2 S/C on ebay, I was the only bidder won it for 3550. Anyway I was not home when it was delivered by UPS but my niece was, she signed for it, that was tuesday the 1st of may. Well I told her to put it in the living room and I'd take care of it when I get home on friday.

Well I came in the house this morning and it's not here, not anywhere. I storm off to where my niece works and she says that it was "too heavy" to move so she left it on the porch and someone took it. I'm calling BS on her,I filed a police report. One box was 67lbs the other 18lbs, she has a boyfriend that is on probation for possession of a stolen motorcycle who was here the day before and when I called home to check on delivery I could hear him in the backround.

Do stillens have serial numbers on them? Also I live in Murrieta CA in riverside county, if anyone hears about a good deal on a stage 2 in this area PLEASE send me a PM, Thanks.

You might want to call stillen and the police on your niece's boyfriend. I would squeeze your niece for more info. Somebody is lying.

You have 3,550 reasons now to whoop his ***...Thats what I would do if my daughters boyfriend ever even thought of doing something like that. I'm sure you don't approve of her boyfriend so now you can justify the *** whoopin..

I called the boyfriends house and talked to the father, seems that a toploader transmission vanished from his garage a while ago, the Dad said if his son was involved he'd find out. The place I bought it from was Pinnacle Nissan in scottsdale AZ, they insured it and specifically requested a signature which was not done, he just dropped it at the door. The way I see it my niece came home with the boyfriend and they figured nobody could proove anything so the took it but she is so dense because she actually told me that she put it in the living room. They must have made the decision to take it afterwards when the boyfriend found out what it was.

So sorry for the lost. In which I hope is resolved shortly. Hopefully the police will pick him up soon and put the pressure on him. Are you sure she didn't sign for. If not, I'd have his job too. Punk kids like this will never amount to anything.

I called UPS, the shipper has to file the claim. I was told by UPS that the shipper specifically asked for a signature and the driver still left it at the front door. The package was insured but only for 1500 for each box so only 3k, it'll be months AND I loose 550 bucks. On the bright side My niece will be gone by sunday.

Update

Still missing, Niece says it's not her fault because the box was too heavy so she could not move it. One box was 67 lbs but was 3 feet from the door with a 2 1/2 inch sill to lift it over the other was 18 lbs. I know it was her boyfriends idea, just no way to proove it.

I had to file a small claims case against her and gave her the pitch from the house, she can live with her convict boyfriend, I'm done trying to help her.

If anyone does find a good deal in socal look for the serial number dj14372, it's hot. Thanks...

I had a jack weighing in at 95 lbs shipped to my mom's house once. She pulled it inside herself, and she is over 50.

Nah, she needs brain food. She was well able enough to move it. she knows that I know that. She just made a life changing decision to aid her boyfriend in stealing it. After talking to the father of the boyfriend looks like they're both out of a home.
